No Return Policy

At Divine Electro Automation, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before dispatch. Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components and to maintain product quality and authenticity, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.

1. No Returns / No Exchanges

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Wrong item ordered by the customer
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect specifications selected
Compatibility issues
Minor packaging damage during transit

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In rare cases, if you receive a product that is physically damaged or defective, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Our technical team will verify the issue and provide a replacement only if the fault is confirmed to be from our side.
